Charmed, I'm sure

Second post... if you're looking for my Fussy and Fancy Friday Challenge, please scroll down or click here. Thank you!

Hello again my friends. It's now time to bring you the latest and greatest challenge from Stamp Something. This week it's Charmed Somethings. I was so glad to see this challenge as I love charms but for some reason always forget to use them!! This gave me the perfect reason to remember!!

Our sponsor for this week's challenge is the ever popular Bunny Zoe's Crafts. Bunny Zoe's is a great place to shop for your stamping needs including a wonderful selection of charms. Lots of great stamps... including the aDORable image I have used for my card this week. It's called "Soaking up the Joy" and if you love her as much as I do, you can purchase her here.

Now... mine is actually a digi image which was the very first Mo Manning purchase I ever made. I've been waiting for the perfect time to color her up and this was it. I made it for my granddaughter, Madeline, who is in the hospital right now. I wanted to give her a little pick-me-up and I believe this did the job. She's one of my biggest stamping supporters and a pretty good little artist herself so does appreciate the efforts involved. Perhaps I could ask you to say a quick little prayer for Madeline. We'd both appreciate it!!!

I chose this cute little black flower charm to use with this wonderful BasicGrey paper. Besides, one can't have enough flowers, can one??? : ) I also glittered up her tutu, the centers of the flowers and part of the butterfly. The sentiment is from a set from Autumn Leaves' STamPoLoGY line called "Talking Circles Girl". This stamp is really much larger than I needed, so I used just the inner circle. I thought that was just right.
