Just thought I'd pop in and share a sad bit of news with you all. Don't worry... nothing terrible, but a tough decision none-the-less. Due to the extreme changes which have happened in my life since the end of February (two grandkids coming to live with me), I have had to resign from a couple of my DT positions. I will no longer be posting for Stamp Something Challenge or Fussy and Fancy Friday Challenges. This was a terribly hard decision for me and I took quite a while making it. I just loved working on these teams and sharing in the fun and challenges. But, these kids just needed much more of my time and I had to step back and slow down a little. After all, they are and should be the focus right now.
So... I say a quiet good-bye to both those great challenge blogs. And a huge THANK YOU for allowing me to be part of the fun as long as I was. But, like a bad penny, I'll keep showing up to participate in their challenges and hope you all will too!!! : )
Thanks all! See you soon with a new card. Until then... HAPPY WEEKEND!!

Sometimes you've just gotta do what's best for YOU. I'm sure they appreciated your talents while they had them...and maybe some day life will settle down a bit so you can return to designing again. Be true to yourself.
We will be here when you come back. Enjoy your time with them, they only are young once. Wishing you peace.
HUGS~
At least you'll still be crafting and we'll get to see your work from time to time. Family always comes first, no question. Take care Denise!
We'll miss you but completely understand that those children come first. You are a strong women to take in those children and I thank you for being there for them. I at one time I was like them and know it isn't an easy task to take on. I look forward to seeing new creations from you. It's going to be nice to create for fun instead of because you have to, lol.
So sorry to hear you have to step down for those great DT. But family is the most important thing. You are doing the right thing. :)
Hi Denise,
I am sorry to see you leave but am so glad that those 2 kiddos have such a selfless grandmother. Children need - deserve - to be loved and cared for, and I can tell that your grandchildren will be VERY much cared for :)
Take care
Sandie
