Good morning stamping friends! Man... I've had a heck of a time this morning!! First my computer connection just was not working. Then when finally it did start working, my blog looks all goofy! What I see is my latest picture, a few labels and then outlines boxes all over that says 'this image or video has been moved or deleted'. Then it shows Photobucket as the culprit. I hope what you see is more normal! : )
Anyhoo... here's my DT card for our latest photo inspiration challenge...
Isn't this little gal so aDORable??? I just love her!! This is another beauty from Lili of the Valley. All their images are just wonderful. Now here's the photo inspiration...
That's some kind of fancy cupcakes!!! There's just tons of inspiration here, but I went with the big white hat with the mauve bow with roses on top. OK... my roses aren't on top, but there are roses! : ) And I'm not sure but that my mauve isn't more pretty pink that mauvey, but that's OK too.
I was wondering how I could replicate those filigree cupcake holders, but a border punch and kinda filigree-looking DP is the best I could come up with. By the way, the pink border on top of the image is actually the bottom of the daisy border punch I used. That's usually thrown right in the trash, so I did a little salvaging this week! I also used a little yellow as that's what the cake peeking out from under the swirly frosting looks like to me.
Other challenges:
Really Reasonable Ribbon - flowers
Craft Your Days Away - girly and glitter
Soooooo... I'm getting a late start preparing to head out to my mom's this morning. Late, late, late all the way around. Don't you just hate mornings like that?? So I'd better say good-bye for now. Sorry this post is so late. Have a wonderful day and come back to see me real soon, 'K?

Well isn't this just darling! Super sweet image and I think you did a great job with the lacy punch and paper. Love your card.
